1. WHAT ARE THE WALK-IN HOURS?
Miami-Tues through Sat 9:30am - 2pm.
Broward-Tuesday through Friday 9am-3:45 Sat 9am-2pm

3. HOW MUCH ARE CONSULTATIONS?
Consultations are FREE.

4. WHAT SOURCE OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?
We accept credit, debit, Zelle, cashapp, after pay & cash

5. DO YOU SERVICE CHILDREN?
Yes, we do. The average age is 7-8 years of age. Younger children are permitted ONLY if the child is well-behaved and is able to sit still without a parent/extra person.

6. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
You may cancel your appointment via a confirmation email or call the salon during work hours. You may only do so 3 hours prior to do so. No call/no show will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.
Silkpresses
1.IS THE WASH INCLUDED IN THE SILKPRESS?
YES, it is.

2. WHAT DOES THE SILKPRESS CONSIST OF?
Wash, hydro-condition, blow dry, pressed, trimmed (optional), silk wrapped and styled.

3. I AM RELAXED CAN I STILL GET A SILKPRESS?
Yes you can. You can take advantage of all the extras included in this service such as the hydro-condition, trim and silkwrap.

4. DOES THE SILKPRESS PROCESS INCLUDE ANY CHEMICALS?
No, all products used are sulfate, paraben and silicone free.

5. HOW LONG DOES THE SILKPRESS LAST?
Silkpresses primarily last 2 weeks, according to the health of the hair. We add as much moisture as possible in one visit to help elongate the silkpresses. Aftercare is very important in maintaining the style.
SEEMLESS CLIP INS/MICROLINKS
1. CAN I BRING MY OWN HAIR?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own hair. We also have clip ins onsite for purchase..

2. WHAT KIND OF HAIR IS USED IN THE INSTALL?
We carry kinky straight human hair. It comes in a natural brown and can be dyed . The lengths are 16 and 18. Longer lengths are available when pre-ordering.

3. HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
Clip-ins:To install in between the hair 1 set is needed. If you are braiding your hair up and adding the clip-ins, you will need two bundles. Microlinks: It is your preference

4. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CLIP IN INSTALL?

• Braid down (optional)
• Clip extensions if requested

5. WHY IS CONSULTATION SUGGESTED FOR MICROLINKS?
In the consultation, we will discuss hair texture, maintenance, do"s and don't"s, price and more.
